Art trade with =KittenGreyCat, based off the song "Adieu" by Enter Shikari~ <3 It's a really pretty song, go listen to it. B'(

Had a lot of fun with this, I just love drawing Flur! Took me ages to come up with an idea, but I'm pretty happy with it. I've never done a view/pose like this, so I'd appreciate any help at all with it. ;w; <3

I'm always glad that whenever you're practicing and drawing something new, you always request a critique, for me, that means you really want to improve as an artist, not to say you always read the critiques you get and work on the details people told you, that's what means a true artist to me. So let's see what you have for us this time:

First off I have to point that your anthro style keeps getting better and better, I'm so glad you got back into anthro and with this new fresh style; what I always like the most of your anthro style is how you draw the head and the body because there is a clear difference between your human and anthro style, making the last one unique and amazing, therefore this one wasn't the exception. Then add the coloring style you use for it; all together make a great artwork, that's for sure! Hope you can keep showing us more of your anthro style with new and amazing poses, because they're always good!

And talking about stands, even if this is the first you draw a back stand like this one, you did very well, the angle is very well done and the position of the head and legs go very well with the flow of the stand, nice work! Maybe the only detail you should keep an eye on is how you drew the back because I think it should be less curvy and include some more straight lines so the sit stand could look better, in this case I think some references would be useful for you for complicated stands like this one: [link] [link] [link]

Where the first page have several complicated views/stands that you might try, the second one is great library full of tutorial references you should consider to do some day and thet last one is just a basic guide of how to draw stands using different types of lines and how they affect your drawing. So it would be just matter you keep practicing to make look stands like these even better.

Then, as I said before, your grass background fits very well the theme of the picture, giving it a nice touch, the same goes for your sky background, nice work! However, don't forget to use and try all the tools that Photoshop has for us; because, in my opinion, you could use some clipping masks with gradients to make it fit better with your coloring style, it would be matter you added them, try different tones and change the layer style to get the proper outcome; don't forget to change the opacity and fill either, okay? That's always useful.

So how I said a year ago when I started to critique you, you're the on right track to become a great artist; every single sketch, lineart or drawing you do is the proof you're improving! And I'm so glad I'm witness of this progress; now it just time you fix minor details in your pics and try harder stuff, you have the skills to do it and I'm sure you'll improve in no time, Lisa! Keep up the good work my lovely and sweet girlfriend, I'll be always there to support you. ~

As you could see, I followed your advice and I used more emotes this time, hope it's okay, as well as my critique >w< ilusmmmm~ ♥
