Based on the lyrics from "Burning Years" by Story of the Year. I was listening to Story of the Year (because I got addicted to yet, another band. xD) and that song came on and I instantly got this idea. owo I sketched it, and it turned out well for the first sketch. >w< It feels so weird because I haven't done anything anthro in a while, but it worked, so yay. ;D And yes, Kamal is my emotional outlet, SHUT UP. :3 There was really no one else that would fit this picture besides him, so meh. >: And.. I hate wings. Drawing them isn't that bad, but the lineart's the worst part. Shading just takes forever. >.o But oh well, I DID IT. :'D So the line it's based off of is "I think that nothing can fly with this broken wing," so that one wing's all bloody because it's broken. ;3 lol yay. Oh! And many thanks to =ArthurRoyalKnight for sending me Story of the Year and getting me addicted. Without him, I never woulda come up with this~ Love ya, dude! Also, thanks to ~AirlightSparksX and ~Patch-ninja-wolf for background help. Love you guyys~ Kamal and art © Blood Brushes by ~peterpson, found here: [link] And Kamal doesn't have wings, it's just for this picture. xD Comments
This pic is really awesome you draw angel wings so well, i love this pic, but i think that the expression on is face isn't so well, it doesn't mach very much with the situation
-- I support any couple, but i only love those couples that are true :3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3 My heart is so BIG that i can love all my friends and people out there My fav Couple is SonAmy!!! Ah yes. Wings are also hard for me to draw, next to backgrounds *brick'd*
You did a great job on the picture anyway! -- I am a person who attempted to find Mew under the truck. ~Proud Sonamy Hater~ ~finding-the-sunset |
